What is outsourced IT support?
Outsourced IT support is when an outside team runs your IT instead of, or alongside, in-house staff. With Klyk, Resolver AI handles everyday requests instantly in Slack, Teams or Google Chat, and expert engineers take care of everything else.
Is outsourcing IT cheaper than hiring?
For most teams, yes. An in-house hire means a salary plus employer costs, training and cover. Klyk costs £10 + VAT per employee per month for Resolver AI, with engineers at £100 + VAT per hour, pay as you go.
What's the difference between outsourced and managed IT?
Both mean an outside team looks after your IT. Outsourced describes who does the work; managed IT support usually means ongoing, proactive care rather than paying per fix. Klyk does both.
Can you work alongside our IT person?
Yes. With co-managed IT support, Resolver handles everyday requests and our engineers cover the help desk, security and devices, while your IT person stays in control.
How do we switch from our current IT provider?
We start with an audit call, agree a plan, then deal directly with your current provider to hand everything across. Resolver goes live and you meet your engineers.
Will we lose access to anything during the switch?
No. We plan the handover so accounts, devices and data move across with no downtime during the switch.
Do you offer on-site support?
Yes. We provide same-day on-site support across London, for networks, meeting rooms, office moves and repairs. Outside London, we support your team remotely.
Is there a minimum contract?
No long contracts. You pay monthly per employee for Resolver AI, and engineer time is pay as you go.
Which systems do you support?
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Mac, Windows, iPhone, iPad and Android, plus tools like Okta, Jira, Zendesk and HaloPSA.
