Frequently asked questions
Will the onboarding process be specific to our organisation?
Yes, we will work with you to design an onboarding process that is tailored to your organisation’s requirements.
How long does onboarding take?
We require 10 business days notice to onboard a new joiner into your organisation. We understand that this notice period isn’t always possible and we will do our best to accommodate in these scenarios.
Can the joiners device be set up with our organisation’s systems and applications?
Yes, we can set up your devices based on a pre-agreed checklist which we will design together. On their first day, your new joiner will just need to log into their device and be ready to go!
What is the purpose of the Day 1 onboarding call?
As part of the onboarding process we recommend your new joiner has a 15-30 minute onboarding call with one of our IT engineers on their first day. During this call our engineer will take the new joiner through their device and help them familiarise themselves with the systems and applications that they will use in their role. It’s also a great chance for your new joiner to meet our team so they are more comfortable to reach out to us in future.
Can you onboard joiners outside of the UK?
Yes, we can onboard joiners in Europe and North America. If you have team members outside of the UK this will be discussed when you are setting up our services.

Can you ship equipment directly to new joiners home addresses?
Yes, we can ship either to your office or to home addresses, or both!
