We capture the requirements for each offboarding case, allowing us to plan and execute the offboarding process smoothly and effectively.
Device Collection
We collect and inventory all devices from your leavers ensuring that all equipment is properly and accurately accounted for.
Secure Data Erasure
To guarantee data security, we perform secure data erasure on all retrieved devices. This means that no data is recoverable on devices that will be reused.
Device Assessment
Each device is assessed and graded based on its condition. Devices that are in good condition are refurbished for future use, while those that are not suitable for reuse are recycled responsibly.
Audit Trail
We provide comprehensive reporting and documentation for each offboarding case, giving you a clear record of all actions taken and ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process.

Yes, we will work with you to design an offboarding process that is tailored to your organisation’s requirements.
How long does offboarding take?
We require 10 business days notice to offboard a leaver from your organisation. We understand that this notice period isn’t always possible and we will do our best to accommodate in these scenarios.
