Plan and scheduleWe fix dates around your move, including evenings or weekends if needed, and arrange building access, lifts, loading bays and passes.

De-rig and packOur engineers disconnect everything safely, label it and pack it, with all packaging provided.

Secure transportEverything leaves in our own tracked electric vans, handled only by our DBS-checked team.

Secure processingAt Klyk Towers, devices are held in caged storage, then wiped, tested and graded. Any drive that can't be wiped is destroyed.

Reuse firstEquipment you’re keeping is moved and reinstalled at your new office. The rest is stored for later, resold, donated to schools or, as a last resort, recycled.

Report and sign-offYou receive a full asset report, a certificate for every device, waste transfer notes, a recycling certificate and your carbon savings.
